How does it work?

Getting started is effortless. Simply click the Contact button and send us an email. We’ll follow up by email or phone to understand your needs. You’ll then receive our Terms and Conditions (aka “the legal stuff”) to review. From there, we’ll schedule a time and place to meet, inventory your items, and arrange for pick-up—handling every detail so you can enjoy a stress-free, luxury experience.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?

Yes! Pick-up and drop-off are included within our service area. If you’re outside our area, we can travel for an additional mileage-based fee or arrange shipping for your convenience—making it a true concierge-level service.

How long does it take?

We will discuss your needs during our consultation to determine if we need to source supplies for you. If we have everything you need and depending on the number of presents you have, our turnaround time is usually less than 24 hours. If we need to special order supplies the time frame will vary, but we typically do not take your item(s) until we have everything in stock and are ready to wrap.

Can you order customized paper, ribbon, etc.?

​Absolutely! Posh Presents can custom-order specialty paper, ribbon, or accents with enough notice. This is a wonderful option if you’re looking for a specific theme, color palette, or personalized touch.

What if I need a box? 

No problem! We offer a variety of high-quality boxes available for purchase at an additional fee.

Do you travel outside of the Santa Clarita Valley?

Yes! We can travel outside the SCV for an additional mileage-based fee. For added convenience, we can also arrange shipping when needed.

How many presents can you wrap?

Posh Presents can beautifully wrap a single special gift or dozens of them. During pick-up, we’ll inventory your items to ensure everything is accounted for—just be sure to schedule enough time so we can prepare the right supplies and deliver stunning results.

If we missed one, just let us know—Posh Presents is open year-round for all your wrapping needs.

What if I only need one gift wrapped?
A: No order is too small! Whether it’s a single meaningful gift or a collection for a special event, we’ll ensure a stunning, luxury-worthy presentation.
